As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding in managing organizational change and facilitating a smooth transition process for clients. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of the future, making you an integral part of a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with client teams to comprehend business challenges, propose solution approaches, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases. Conducting Training Needs Analysis, crafting comprehensive content outlines aligned with the curriculum, establishing design standards, templates, and checklists, and liaising with internal and client stakeholders to create impactful training materials will be vital aspects of your role. Additionally, you will review training deliverables, identify risks, provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills, and explore opportunities to incorporate innovative learning strategies. Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in disciplines such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, along with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. Proficiency in developing and delivering various training modalities, coaching small teams independently, and utilizing industry-standard design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe is essential. Furthermore, strong interpersonal and writing skills, a sound business acumen, and cross-cultural competence are key attributes required for success in this role.
