Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gujarati to Hindi Translator based in Ahmedabad. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating written content from Gujarati to Hindi while preserving the intended meaning, tone, and context. Daily tasks include reviewing and editing translated materials, collaborating with the editorial team, and ensuring quality and consistency in translations. The role may also involve providing language advice and contributing to the localization of content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi with excellent translation and interpretation skills
• Attention to detail along with strong proof-reading and editing skills
• Prior experience in translation, localization, or content adaptation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a publishing or media industries is beneficial

Location

• Based in Ahmedabad and available for full-time, on-ground work
