Job Description

As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will be involved in assisting clients from various industries in the domains of Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will revolve around devising innovative learning strategies and solutions, guiding clients through organizational changes, and facilitating a smooth transition process. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to comprehend business challenges, formulating solution strategies, and overseeing the design, development, and delivery phases. Additionally, you will conduct Training Needs Analysis to structure the training curriculum, create comprehensive content outlines, establish design standards and guidelines, and collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders to craft impactful training materials. Ensuring the quality of deliverables aligns with project parameters and industry standards will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will mentor instructional designers and content developers, offer constructive feedback to enhance their skills, and explore opportunities to integrate innovative learning approaches into solutions. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess a Bachelors degree in any specialization, with a preference for fields such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. A minimum of 6 years of experience in content development and instructional designing is essential, along with proficiency in creating various training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, simulations, job aids, and reference guides. Your expertise in industry-standard design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe will be crucial, and you should be adept at navigating client-specific authoring tools.
