Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the CML and segmentation of firms, indexing and activating firms, achieving business targets, conducting product indexing, product module briefings, sampling-usage-site count metrics, applicator mapping, and engagement program areas mapping and segmenting firms and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CML for your assigned territory with a minimum visit frequency as per the tier of firms handled - Complete firm profiling for key questions via the App and update firm profiling parameters every 6 months - Ensure a certain proportion of all CML profiled firms are "active" and generate a specified business amount with maintained channel proportions - Create a firm and site level index for specified focus product ranges - Complete company/product modules at specified firms within set timeframes - Complete firm product experience metrics within specific time periods - Map and segment firms and internal stakeholders as per Engagement Program tiers - Drive sales through specific service offerings and drive app service module and Sparkle plugins utilization at specified firms Qualifications Required: - Sales/Marketing/Technical background in Home/Interior/Allied categories - Proficiency in MS Office - Technical knowledge of architectural/interior products - Exemplary communication skills - Inclination towards understanding and working with the field of design,
