TLM Reconciliations Senior Developer - VP

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your primary responsibility will be to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your role will involve leading applications systems analysis and programming activities to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Global Reconciliations projects and collaborate proactively with business partners for successful project delivery - Lead small/mid-size teams across Citi and vendors - Demonstrate expertise in Reconciliations, with a track record of delivering technology solutions with medium to complex architecture - Build Cash/Securities/Internals/Inter-System Reconciliations - Utilize industry standard reconciliation tools such as SmartStream TLM Premium/TLM Recs, Recon Frontier & Intellimatch - Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Linux, and industry standard data analytics/reporting tools - Hands-on experience with JIRA, DevOps Tools, Linux, AutoSys, and MS Office tools - Showcase project management experience and in-depth knowledge of technology products - Implement Agile/Scrum SDLC methodology - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications: - 14 - 16 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note that this job description offers a high-level overview of the work performed.
