As a Sr. Process Executive (Voice & Sales) at Infosys, you will be responsible for handling domestic and international inbound calls with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and driving inbound sales. Your role will involve providing first-level resolutions, upselling/cross-selling services, and delivering empathetic communication to build customer trust. Additionally, you will troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalate when necessary, record interactions using internal systems, and stay updated on product knowledge through regular training. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent spoken English skills, prior experience in customer support or inbound sales, and be willing to work night shifts, predominantly starting around 1 AM. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore with 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts. The role requires 100% work from the office with no hybrid/remote options. The ideal candidate should hold a qualification of any full-time graduate. As a Service Desk Executive (IT Support) at Infosys, you will be responsible for resolving technical queries related to VPN, O365, Active Directory, drivers, etc., through calls, chats, or emails. You will utilize tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Control-M (if experienced) to provide effective L1 support, handle tickets, and assist users across various operating systems and productivity tools. Moreover, you will follow escalation protocols, ensure timely resolutions, and adhere to client-specific training programs and quality standards. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, have prior experience in a Service Desk/IT Helpdesk role (preferred), and be comfortable working night shifts based on US timings. This full-time position in Bangalore involves 24/7 shifts with 100% work from the office requirement, excluding any remote work. The candidate must be open to completing dedicated training programs as per project needs and hold a qualification of any full-time graduate.
