This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic setting and contribute to live projects. Your involvement will span various stages of the design process, encompassing research, wireframing, and prototyping. Your responsibilities will include assisting in user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests, as well as aiding in the development of user personas, journey maps, and flows to pinpoint pain points and opportunities. You will work alongside senior designers to produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user and business requirements. Furthermore, you will refine designs based on feedback and test outcomes. Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a fundamental grasp of UX/UI principles and design thinking. Your acute attention to detail and enthusiasm for tackling intricate design challenges, along with your ability to accept and swiftly act on constructive feedback, will be key assets. Effective communication skills and the capacity to work harmoniously within a team are vital. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel, a basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and prior internship or work experience in a UX or design-related role.
