You will be responsible for supporting the evaluation of existing product quality and conducting product cuttings of key product categories. Additionally, you will assist in resolving corrective actions related to product complaints and ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained in restaurants. You will work on ensuring FSSAI compliance, developing regional suppliers, and validating product recipes during quality checks and new product launches.
