US Shift (6/7 PM to 3/4 AM) - Monday to Friday

Position Summary

The Title Searcher is responsible for performing thorough title searches utilizing various titleplants and databases to produce accurate and comprehensive property reports. This roledemands a deep understanding of title search procedures, legal documentation, and propertyrecords to ensure the integrity of search results.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct detailed title searches using platforms such as DataTrace, TitlePoint, DataTree,Netronline, and other title plants. Retrieve and examine property-related documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, taxrecords, and court filings. Analyze chains of title to verify accuracy and identify potential issues, discrepancies, orencumbrances. Review and interpret legal documents to determine the status of property titles. Prepare and deliver complete and accurate search packages, including a writtensummary of findings. Maintain consistency in performance while adapting to evolving processes and priorities.Job Requirements Solid understanding of the title insurance and mortgage processes. Proficient in using title search platforms such as TitlePoint, DataTrace/Tree, Netronline,etc. Ability to read and interpret legal documents, including deeds, liens, judgments, andencumbrances. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptable, reliable, and able to work independently under deadlines.

Education & Experience
