Who You Are:

You want to start your career in Business-to-Customer (B2C) sales despite little-to-no previous experience. You’re young, dynamic, and hungry for success. Building trust comes naturally to you; you are popular, likable and resourceful. You heard of Web3 before and you understand both principles and vision behind it. Now you want to learn and earn in the fastest growing digital ecosystems.

Your Mission:

- Use online and offline channels to attract top-of-the-funnel users (potentially interested/cold leads)

- Retain users in the groups by offering educational content and micro-incentives

- Confidently conduct introductory calls (via online webinars) to select warm leads

- Execute event budgets to meet your warm leads face-2-face and offer them Web3 products

- Coordinate event presence and local community initiatives

- Align local campaigns with broader company objectives

What We’re Looking For:

- 0-2 years in sales (direct sales, affiliate, or community-driven growth)

- Fast learner with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms

- Independent and resilient mindset; selling is hard until your first "yes"

- Logical and concise in both thinking and speaking

- Good command of English and your local language

- Nice to have: Web3, crypto, or fintech familiarity

Additional information:

You will spend first week in an intensive onboarding/sales training environment, getting to know the company, its products, outreach, selling and closing techniques.

• This is a performance-based role with fixed weekly salary offered to those meeting their weekly KPIs and sales performance bonuses for meeting monthly quota. Sales commissions are paid out regardless.
