As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff. Your duties will include assigning tasks, setting schedules, and providing training to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services. You will conduct regular performance reviews, offer feedback, and address any staff issues or conflicts in a professional manner. In addition to managing the team, you will be in charge of developing and implementing cleaning schedules and protocols for various areas such as classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to a high standard, including routine and deep cleaning. Regular inspections of facilities will be necessary to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly. Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, overseeing their proper use and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer instructions will also fall under your purview. You will be expected to enforce health and safety guidelines, conduct safety training for the housekeeping staff, and maintain records of training sessions.
