Title Inside Sales Account Manager

You will be working with India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company that has a vast network of over 1,500 Schools and has been in operation for the past 25 years. As a part of this organization that has consistently been at the forefront of innovation in the education sector, you will play a crucial role in driving change and growth. Based in SantaCruz East, Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include data scraping through effective communication with customers. This will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, following up with them to generate warm and hot prospects, and analyzing their needs to explore sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be tasked with answering queries from potential customers, providing them with relevant information to enhance engagement, and staying updated on product and service developments to effectively communicate the latest updates to prospects. It will also be essential for you to create and maintain a database of both existing and potential customers, stay informed about competition updates, and conduct research to identify new sources of data and qualify new leads. Your role will also involve closing sign-ups to meet monthly targets and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
