Title Import CHA Documentation

Role Overview: As an Import Documentation Executive, your main responsibility will be to ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documents by checking and preparing a checklist. You will be required to verify notification benefits and other related aspects with seniors and importers via email. Additionally, you will e-sanchit all relevant shipping documents in the system and upload jobs on the ICEGATE portal for BOE number allocation. It will also be your duty to monitor the status of BOE after it is generated from the ICEGATE server and hand over the job docket to the respective CCL CS with status remarks of the BOE (RMS or under assessment). Furthermore, you need to track Vessel/Flight ETA and Inward entry for processing towards advance filed BOE.
