As an experienced professional with over 3 years of relevant experience in Supervision of surface preparation & coating activity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of coating projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting stage inspections of surface preparation and coating processes to ensure quality standards are met. - Familiarity with obtaining Permit to Work (PTW) and conducting Tool Box Talks to maintain safety protocols. - Collaborating with various internal departments for painting-related activities to ensure seamless project execution. - Preparing Hazard Identification Documents and identifying environmental requirements to promote a safe working environment. - Qualifying coating operators and establishing coating procedures for efficient project management. - Engaging with coating vendors to address technical queries and ensure project success. In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to interact with internal departments such as Execution and QA/QC, as well as external stakeholders. You should possess the following key competencies: - Technical competencies to perform site inspections effectively. - Customer focus to understand and meet client requirements. - Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. - Understanding of Codes and standard requirements such as NACE/API to ensure compliance with industry standards.
