As a Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in BFSI Sales for software testing services in the banking sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales opportunities within the banking and financial services industry. Your dynamic and results-driven approach will be instrumental in expanding our client base and contributing to revenue growth in the BFSI segment. Your key responsibilities will include engaging potential banking clients, leveraging networking strategies, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities. By understanding client pain points, you will be able to present tailored testing solutions that enhance their digital transformation journey. Collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations will be essential in showcasing our testing services effectively. Market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities will be critical in positioning our offerings competitively. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions will be pivotal to your success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Furthermore, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems will ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in BFSI sales, particularly focusing on software testing or IT services. A strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and compliance requirements will be advantageous. Proficiency in software testing services, encompassing functional, automation, performance, and security testing, is essential. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, will be key assets in driving lead generation and deal closure in the BFSI domain. Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, will be beneficial. Additionally, exposure to working with banking clients for QA/testing services, knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks, and familiarity with Fintech solutions and regulatory requirements in BFSI will be advantageous.
