Job Opportunity: Contract-Based Tinker Trainer – Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Tinker Trainer to lead innovation-based learning sessions at our Tinkering Lab. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on STEM TECHNOLOGY training sessions for school students (Grades 5-10), guiding them through electronics, robotics, coding, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sessions on electronics, Arduino, robotics, 3D designing, and basic programming (Scratch/MIT App Inventor).

• Support students in developing projects for exhibitions and competitions.

• Maintain and manage Tinkering Lab equipment and kits.

• Report session activities and student progress regularly.

• Coordinate with school authorities and submit timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering/Technology or Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science.

• Minimum 1 year experience in STEM education/Robotics/Coding training (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

• Hands-on experience with Arduino, sensors, basic electronics, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Local candidates from Kanyakumari or nearby districts preferred.

• The candidate should be flexible and ready to travel occasionally to nearby states, as this is primarily a field-based role. Travelling expenses via public transport will be provided in advance. Candidates unwilling to travel are requested not to apply, as no complaints regarding travel will be entertained later.
