Job Description

You will be responsible for handling ticketing procedures using the Amadeus booking system. You will assist customers with travel inquiries, providing detailed information on fares, flights, and travel destinations. Additionally, you will manage reservations, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries to ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel-related documentation. Collaboration with team members is essential to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, along with at least 1 year of experience in ticketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in the Amadeus booking system. The working hours for this position are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule. As part of the application process, you will be asked if you are familiar with the Amadeus booking system and if you have at least 1 year of experience in ticketing. The work location for this role is in person.,
