Ticketing & Reservation Executive

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking domestic and international travel packages. This includes handling itinerary creation, ticketing, hotel bookings, and transport arrangements. You will also be required to coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Providing travel advice, visa assistance, and travel insurance options to customers will be part of your role. It will be your responsibility to respond to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth travel experience for them. Efficiently managing customer bookings, cancellations, and modifications is essential. Compliance with travel policies, budgets, and regulations is also a key aspect of the job. Additionally, promoting travel packages and special deals to clients and handling customer feedback and resolving travel-related issues are part of the job responsibilities. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. - Knowledge of travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
