Job Description:

Aertrip.com is looking for a Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo) to manage domestic and international flight bookings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in handling ticketing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using Galileo GDS.

Issue accurate domestic and international air tickets.

Coordinate with airlines and clients for fare rules, flight schedules, and other travel-related queries.

Manage ticket queues and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain booking records and ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in ticketing operations (domestic & international).

Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS (Amadeus knowledge is an added advantage).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Education:

Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Any relevant field.
