Job Description

As a Travel Agent, your role will involve researching various destinations and means of travel, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. You will be responsible for diagnosing clients" specifications and wishes to suggest suitable travel packages or services. Your tasks will also include organizing travel arrangements from beginning to end, which involves booking tickets, accommodation, and securing rental transportation. Furthermore, you will be required to supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material such as guides, maps, and event programs. Collecting deposits and balances from clients will also be part of your responsibilities. Utilizing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages is essential for this role. To stay updated with tourism trends, you will attend conferences regularly. Additionally, creating and updating electronic records of clients and maintaining relationships with key persons in the industry are crucial aspects of this position. This is a full-time, permanent job that offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location requires in-person presence.,
