Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive (Flight) located in Delhi, India. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing reservations, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves processing flight bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales within the travel industry
• Exeperience of gallieo and amadeus.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Delhi, India
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
