Job Title: Train & Air Booking Staff Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai. Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Train & Air Booking Staff to join our team . The ideal candidate will handle reservations, issue tickets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle train and air ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Assist customers in selecting the best travel options based on their requirements. Provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, schedules, and policies. Process payments and issue invoices for bookings. Coordinate with airlines, railways, and travel partners for smooth ticketing operations. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Keep track of industry trends, fare changes, and promotional offers. Requirements: Experience in train and air ticket booking (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of travel booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or IRCTC portal (a plus). Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
