Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Agent with expertise in Amadeus – Cryptic interface. The selected candidate will be responsible for issuing tickets, handling travel reservations, and supporting back-office operations for travel-related services. This is an on-site role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Amadeus (Cryptic interface) for airline booking, ticketing, and PNR management
• Handle manual ticketing, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure adherence to airline policies and fare rules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience working on Amadeus (Cryptic interface)
• Hands-on knowledge of manual ticketing processes
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in customer service or travel industry preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
