Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience
in TIBCO BusinessWorks development (BW 5.x / 6.x preferred).
Strong ability to
understand and reverse engineer legacy TIBCO projects
, including process flows, shared resources, mappings, and integrations (JDBC, JMS, SOAP/REST, etc.).
Expertise in
analyzing and documenting TIBCO workflows
with attention to dependencies, transitions, and error handling.
Experience in
guiding Java Spring Boot developers
to rebuild TIBCO functionality in modern microservices.
Familiarity with
enterprise integration patterns, SOA, messaging, and APIs
.
Hands-on experience with
Scrum/Agile project management tools
such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
