Roles & Responsibilities:

Activities -

• Support Project team and Application Business Analysts

  (those of WMS and TMS teams) during migration preparation, configuration, & testing. This includes:
• Explanation/documentation of existing end-to-end integration flows and mappings (i.e. there are 2 or 3 consecutive mappings in each flows)
• Gap analysis of new requirements and documented solution options (change description, impact analysis, effort estimates)
• Issue/Bug investigation & resolution

• Implementation of Change Requests, new Components and/or Fixes:

• Configuration of existing integration flows / components to support Client and Carrier migration
• Implementation of integration services using TIBCO BW (5/6.x), TIBCO EMS, BWCE; model transformations (XML/XSD, JSON, EDIFACT) and orchestrations.
• Functional mappings from specifications and/or business requirements; translate source/target schemas into transformation logic aligned with logistics processes and data standards.

• Package and deploy releases across all project phases.

• Support Hypercare and Production incident analysis and resolution.

• Issue investigation. Implement hotfixes/patches and preventive improvements.

Technical Platform

• TIBCO BW5

• Integration tech: XML/XSD, JSON, REST/SOAP; messaging (JMS/EMS);
• SDLC & Ops: Git, CI/CD (e.g., pipelines, artifact repositories), environment configuration, packaging/deployment, logging/monitoring, troubleshooting.

Functional Background

• Knowledge of EDI concepts, standards and integration with WMS/TMS/ERP.

Profile Summary

• As an Integration Developer, you will design, build, test, deploy, and support integration
• The role blends hands-on technical delivery (implementation design, configuration, development, packaging, source control, release management) with functional data mapping in the logistics domain, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable data movement
• You will work closely with Project teams from different business units, Systems &
• Application stakeholders (business analysts, testers, product owners), and collaborate closely with other team members of the Integration team.
• You operate with autonomy, organize your work effectively, proactively resolve issues and propose continuous improvements.

A strong experience using TIBCO BusinessWorks (5), BWCE, TIBCO EMS, and related tooling is expected.
