Therapy Lead

As a Brand Manager for the EM Markets therapy range, your primary responsibility will be to develop brand plans and growth strategies. This includes identifying growth levers for existing brands and successfully launching new products. You will be required to review brand plans and oversee the implementation of tactical initiatives by country teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing communication strategies and promotional materials for the assigned brands. Your role will also involve identifying and nurturing mega brands and growth initiatives. You will need to plan global marketing programs to build awareness and stay updated on recent developments in therapies. Managing marketing programs and activities will be a key part of your role, including product promotions, conferences, meetings, scientific symposia, and CMEs. Market research will also be essential, as you will need to conduct market analysis for competitor brands and utilize insights for brand growth. Field visits to selected countries will be necessary to understand key challenges, gain insights, and drive growth initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, portfolio, country marketing, and sales teams, will be crucial for product ideation, launch planning, and developing a go-to-market strategy for the therapy range.,
