Therapy Business Manager - GI Prospera-Bhopal

As a Medical Representative at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in generating and developing business for life-changing healthcare products. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis by promoting products ethically to customers according to the business plan. - Maintaining the average number of Doctor/Customer calls as per the customer management plan of the division. - Organizing camps (CME) in alignment with the division's strategy and customer needs. - Facilitating successful new product launches. - Creating and updating customer lists based on therapy and product offerings. - Ensuring the adoption of iPads (if applicable) as per division norms. - Adhering to CLM calls. In terms of brand management, you will: - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generate POBs for Abbott brands in line with the business plan. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success and recognition of healthcare products in the market. The ideal candidate for this position will have: - A BSc/B.Pharm or Any Graduate degree. - A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. - Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapy area and those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will be at an advantage. - Effective and confident communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.,
