Therapy Business Manager Durgapur - GI Prospera

The Therapy Business Manager will be responsible for successfully launching assigned brands in a specialty segment in line with brand strategy. You will be required to plan and consistently achieve patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets. Ensuring customer coverage/KOL development in the assigned territory as per plan will be a key aspect of your role. You will also execute/initiate compliant medico marketing activities and manage the distribution channel while monitoring services to all stakeholders. As a Therapy Business Manager, you will need to proactively plan and execute immediate and medium-term plans for the business in your region. It is essential to record and report all market intelligence to the Head Office. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in the specialty segment, with experience in selling premium brands being essential. Candidates with a B. Pharm/M. Pharm/M.Sc. degree are preferred, although other graduates with a management qualification can also be considered for this role.,
