Job Title : Theatre & Drama Teacher 🟧 Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Teaching: Teaching students about acting and performance art, and helping them develop skills and techniques ▪️ Directing: Casting, blocking, and directing plays and musicals for performance ▪️ Managing: Coordinating stage production, including sets, props, and costumes ▪️ Preparing: Preparing students for performances or exams ▪️ Evaluating: Assessing students' performances and written work ▪️ Organizing: Organizing guests to perform or teach ▪️ Assigning and grading: Assigning and grading homework and assignments ▪️ Communicating: Talking to parents during parent-teacher conferences ▪️ Choosing: Choosing an appropriate play or musical each school year or each semester ▪️ Fostering: Fostering an appreciation of theatre ▪️ Providing: Providing a supportive learning environment for dramatic development 🟦 Required Qualification: ▪️ 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board. ▪️ A Bachelor’s degree in Theatre & Drama from a recognized university. ▪️ A Master's degree in Theatre & Drama from a recognized university. ▪️ Have a minimum of 55% marks in graduation. ▪️ Have good communication skills. ▪️ Minimum 2 years of experience is desirable.
