Job Description:

We invite applications from TGT/PGT English Teachers who have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a pleasant personality. The selected candidate will begin as an English teacher and will be considered for the role of Senior Academic Coordinator based on performance and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Teach English as per CBSE curriculum.
• ⁠ ⁠Mentor and guide students to develop strong language and communication skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Contribute to academic planning, classroom management, and teacher support.
• ⁠ ⁠Assist school leadership in monitoring academic standards and outcomes.
• ⁠ ⁠Take on leadership responsibilities with a pathway as Sr. Academic Coordinator.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s/Master’s in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• ⁠ ⁠Strong subject expertise and a passion for teaching.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Leadership qualities and ability to mentor peers.
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred.

SALARY- Min 40,000/- -Max 55,000/-
