Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for Social Science who can inspire students through engaging teaching methodologies. The teacher will be responsible for delivering Social Science curriculum (History, Civics, Geography, and related subjects) for middle and secondary classes, while fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and awareness of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Social Science lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop interactive and activity-based teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage debates, discussions, and projects to promote analytical and critical thinking.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to make lessons impactful.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Guide students in developing values of responsibility, citizenship, and respect for history and culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in History, Political Science, Geography, or related discipline.
• B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in Social Science.
• Prior teaching experience as SST TGT in a CBSE school preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge with innovative teaching methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in classroom management.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
