Job Overview:

Profiquence Academy is looking for a highly competent PGT Science & Mathematics Teacher capable of teaching Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology as applicable) and Mathematics for Classes 7 to 10 (CBSE / State Board). The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual clarity, numerical problem-solving skills, and an exam-oriented teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities: Academic Responsibilities

• Teach Science and Mathematics to Classes 7 -12
• Deliver concept-based and application-oriented lessons
• Prepare students for board examinations and school assessments
• Solve numerical problems with clear step-by-step methods
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide detailed feedback
• Focus on strengthening students’ logical reasoning, analytical skills, and accuracy

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
• Identify weak students and conduct remedial sessions
• Motivate students towards academic excellence

Administrative & Coordination

• Maintain attendance and academic records
• Coordinate with academic coordinators and management
• Follow institute policies, academic schedules, and teaching standards
• Participate in academic meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Science / Mathematics (M.Sc. in relevant subject)
• Ability to teach both Science and Mathematics at the senior secondary level
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience
• Experience with CBSE / State Board syllabus preferred
