Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) in Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully teaching Grade 10 students and preparing them for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and board requirements.
• Teach and mentor Grade 10 students effectively, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
• Prepare students for internal and board examinations through revision sessions and practice tests.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic planning, and school events.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (Mandatory). Masters in the relevant subject preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, including 3–5 batches of Grade 10.
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum (specify as applicable).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and classroom technology.
• Ability to motivate students and manage classroom dynamics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
