Job Description

Develop and deliver comprehensive Hindi language and literature lessons for secondary school students. Create lesson plans that engage and inspire students, catering to their diverse learning needs and promoting strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi. Introduce students to Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and cultural literature in an age-appropriate and creative manner. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, including preparation for academic and language competitions. Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and language development. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation. Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the Hindi curriculum and integrate cultural learning. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively. Use creative methods like storytelling, drama, and cultural activities to enrich the learning experience. Continually update subject knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development and workshops.
