Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi Location: Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh (UP) Job Type: Full-time Reporting to: Principal Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Hindi TGT (Trained Graduate/Post Graduate Teacher) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching the Hindi language and literature to middle and secondary school students (Grades 5 to 8), fostering a love for the subject and helping students develop strong linguistic and literary skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Board). Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to meet academic objectives. Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate student records. Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Encourage student participation in Hindi language activities such as debates, drama, essay writing, etc. Collaborate with other subject teachers and contribute to interdisciplinary learning. Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behaviour. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions as required. Maintain discipline and uphold the school’s code of conduct and academic standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi (Honours or equivalent). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary level preferred. Strong command of written and spoken Hindi; working knowledge of English. Skills Required: Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to integrate technology in teaching (e.g., smart boards, online resources). Creative teaching methods and adaptability to diverse learning needs. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
