Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to varying learning styles.
  • Instruct students in grammar, vocabulary, literature, and composition.
  • Provide individual guidance and support to students requiring additional assistance.
  • Engage students in interactive learning activities to enhance their language skills.
  • Maintain an orderly and supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or related field.
  • Teaching certification for the appropriate grade level (PGT or TGT).
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably in a secondary or higher secondary school setting.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in classroom management.
