Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, well-qualified, and dynamic TGT English & IT Teacher who can effectively engage students of Grades VI to VIII, foster strong language proficiency, digital literacy, and cultivate a love for learning. The ideal candidate should be committed to student development, proficient in modern teaching methodologies, and aligned with NEP and CBSE academic expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons in English and Information Technology as per CBSE curriculum.
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources using interactive and experiential teaching strategies.
• Maintain clear and accurate academic documentation including lesson plans, attendance, student evaluations, and reports.
• Prepare students for assessments, Olympiads, competitions, and spoken English development programs.
• Integrate technology-driven tools such as digital boards, online education platforms, and learning apps into classroom teaching.

Classroom & Student Management

• Create an inclusive, positive, and student-friendly learning environment.
• Evaluate student progress through timely feedback, assessments, and remedial support.
• Foster language skills through debates, public speaking, writing activities, and IT-related projects.
• Identify learning needs and provide additional academic support where required.

Professional Duties & Collaboration

• Participate actively in school events, assemblies, parent meetings, trainings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning and maintain consistent academic standards.
• Ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines, school policies, NEP framework, and assessment patterns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English / Computer Science or related field.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Prior teaching experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred) in a CBSE school at middle school level.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in classroom technology (MS Office, Google Workspace, digital teaching platforms, and ICT tools).
• Strong communication, creativity, patience, and classroom management skills.
