Position Title: Swimming Coach (Male)
Location: Sanskriti School, Bhukum Campus
Type: Full-time
Age Requirement: Preferably below 40 years
Reporting To: Head of Sports / Principal

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and highly disciplined Male Swimming Coach to lead and develop our swimming program. The ideal candidate will be an ex-Tri Services (Army/Navy/Air Force) personnel or a former national-level swimmer with a deep commitment to fitness, student development, and team discipline. The coach will be responsible for planning and conducting swimming training sessions, ensuring safety protocols, and preparing students for inter-school and national-level competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a structured swimming curriculum for students across various age groups and skill levels.
• Conduct regular training sessions with emphasis on stamina, technique, discipline, and safety.
• Evaluate and track individual student progress, providing timely feedback and tailored guidance.
• Prepare and coach selected swimmers for competitive events at the inter-school, district, state, and national levels.
• Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed in and around the swimming pool.
• Maintain swimming equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Instill values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect in all student-athletes.
• Organize swimming workshops, trials, and fitness assessments.
• Coordinate with school authorities, PE staff, and parents regarding schedules and student development.
• Stay updated with the latest training techniques and aquatic safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Mandatory: Ex-Tri Services (Army/Navy/Air Force) personnel with relevant swimming training experience OR former national-level swimmer.
• Preferred Age: Below 40 years.
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring young athletes.
• Certified in life-saving techniques, first-aid, or CPR (preferable).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage discipline and motivate students
