Swimming Coach- Female

Position Title: Swimming Coach (Female)
Location: Sanskriti School, Bhukum Campus
Type: Full-time
Age Requirement: Preferably below 40 years
Reporting To: Head of Sports / Principal

Position Summary:

We are looking for a committed and energetic Female Swimming Coach to lead our school’s swimming program with professionalism, discipline, and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should be an ex-BSF, CRPF, State Police personnel, or an ex-national level swimmer, who can bring a strong foundation in fitness, safety, and competitive spirit. The coach will be responsible for nurturing talent, maintaining safety standards, and preparing students for various swimming competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive swimming curriculum tailored for beginners to advanced-level students.
• Conduct structured training sessions focused on technique, endurance, safety, and competition-readiness.
• Ensure constant supervision of students during swim practice and enforce all safety protocols.
• Identify and train promising swimmers for competitive events at school, district, state, and national levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area, including equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs.
• Promote sportsmanship, confidence, and teamwork among students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Conduct water safety drills and ensure first-aid readiness at all times.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student participation and well-being.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Mandatory:
• Ex-BSF, CRPF, or State Police personnel with swimming instruction experience
• OR Ex-national level swimmer with proven experience in coaching
• Preferred Age: Below 40 years
• Prior coaching experience with children or young adults is highly desirable.
• Certifications in lifeguarding, first-aid, or CPR are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Passion for fitness, discipline, and excellence in sports.
