As a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PRT (Primary Teacher) in Computer Science at DLF Phase 1 and Sector 70A, Gurgaon, your role involves delivering the curriculum effectively, fostering teaching and learning, assessing student progress, promoting digital citizenship, and fulfilling professional duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Curriculum Delivery:** - Plan and teach computer science lessons following CBSE ICT syllabus and Cambridge Computing curriculum. - Introduce students to computer fundamentals, typing skills, responsible internet use, basic software applications, and block-based coding (e.g., Scratch, Blockly). - Design integrated, inquiry-based lessons aligning with interdisciplinary learning goals. - **Teaching & Learning:** - Utilize age-appropriate pedagogy and digital tools for engaging, activity-based lessons. - Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs of primary students. - Implement hands-on, project-based learning strategies to enhance critical thinking and collaboration skills. - **Assessment & Reporting:** - Develop and conduct formative and summative assessments based on CBSE and Cambridge standards. - Maintain accurate records of student progress, portfolios, and performance. - Contribute to student reports and parent-teacher conferences. - **Digital Citizenship & Tech Integration:** - Educate and exemplify responsible technology use, digital ethics, and online safety. - Assist other subject teachers in the meaningful integration of technology in classroom practices. - **Professional Duties:** - Engage in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and school events. - Keep abreast of educational technology advancements and curriculum changes. - Contribute to the growth and development of the ICT program in the school. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or any discipline with Diploma in Computer Applications; B.Ed. preferred. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching primary computer science in a CBSE/Cambridge curriculum. - Proficiency in ICT tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and educational apps is essential.,
