Textile Machine Operator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create original and trend-right textile designs using CAD tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, NedGraphics, Textronics, or other textile design software). Develop repeats, colorways, and scale adjustments of textile patterns. Translate hand-drawn artwork into digital formats suitable for production. Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections. Prepare and present design concepts and mood boards. Maintain a digital library of designs and samples. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling and production accuracy. Ensure all designs are aligned with technical and production requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Proven experience in CAD textile design (minimum [X] years preferred). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), NedGraphics, Textronics, or similar. Strong sense of color, texture, and pattern. Knowledge of textile printing techniques and fabric construction. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
