As the Textile Finishing Head at CTA Apparels Pvt. You will lead the finishing department and collaborate with various teams to deliver export-quality garments that align with buyer standards and sustainability goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee washing, dyeing, chemical treatment, and garment finishing operations. - Define and implement best practices for shrinkage control, colorfastness, and hand feel. - Establish finishing parameters and ensure consistency across batches. - Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to test finishing processes. - Drive innovations in sustainable finishing processes. - Liaise with buyers and auditors on finishing standards and compliance. - Monitor machine performance and equipment utilization. - Resolve production and finishing-related technical issues. - Ensure strict adherence to international quality and safety standards. - Mentor and develop finishing teams. **Desired Qualifications & Skills:** - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Textile Technology or related field. - 10-15 years of experience in garment/textile finishing. - Strong expertise in garment washing, chemical finishing, and hand feel management. - Knowledge of woven and knit fabric finishing. - Experience with sustainable finishing practices. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
