About Saantha

Saantha is a sustainable fashion brand working with over 2000+ artisans across Jharkhand, specializing in handloom sarees and handcrafted apparel. We aim to revive traditional crafts and present them in contemporary designs for modern customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan

  seasonal & festival-wise SKUs

  (sarees, kurta sets, ethnic wear).
• Create

  sketches & digital designs

  (using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ensure

  timely sample development & bulk production

  with tailors & artisans.
• Conduct

  trend & fabric research

  to design innovative ethnic collections.
• Manage

  design documentation

  – SKU sheets, mood boards, presentations.
• Coordinate with production teams for

  timely launches & exhibitions

  .

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in

  Fashion Design

  (NIFT/PEARL/Equivalent preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  ethnic wear / handloom / sustainable fashion

  .
• Proficiency in

  design software & sketching

  .
• Strong sense of color, fabric, and ethnic silhouettes.
• Ability to work independently and manage

  end-to-end design cycle
