Job Description

We are urgently hiring!! Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on current fashion trends, analyzing market data and consumer preferences specific to the Indian market. Possess a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary Indian textile design aesthetics. Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and align with production capabilities. Have a deep understanding of fabric types, textures, printing techniques, and embellishments suitable for Sarees and Kurtis. Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback and making adjustments to achieve desired results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Textile Design/ Fashion related field. Minimum 2-6 years of experience in textile design for fashion applications, preferably with a focus on Indian ethnic wear. Strong portfolio showcasing a creative and innovative approach to textile design. Excellent sketching and digital design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). In-depth knowledge of Indian textiles, weaving techniques, and printing processes. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
