Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile and Toys Testing Manager located in Jaipur. The Textile and Toys Testing Manager will oversee the execution and management of testing protocols, develop and implement test strategies, and ensure the creation and management of test cases. This role entails day-to-day tasks such as conducting tests, monitoring results, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of textile and toy products through meticulous testing and validation processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in executing tests and creating detailed test cases
• Experience in test management and developing effective test strategies
• Strong background in general testing protocols and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Assurance, Textile Engineering, or a similar discipline
