Testing TL

You will be the Software Testing Team Lead responsible for overseeing the software testing team in Visakhapatnam. Your main duties will involve planning, managing, and executing testing activities to ensure software quality across various projects. This role will require you to engage in hands-on testing, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders. As the Team Lead, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Lead a team of QA Engineers and Testers, both Manual and Automation, by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of testing milestones. - Mentor and train junior QA team members, conduct regular team meetings, and perform performance reviews. - Define testing strategies, scope, and objectives for projects, prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated), and oversee various types of testing. - Implement and enhance QA processes, standards, and documentation practices, ensuring products meet required quality standards before release. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and DevOps to align testing with business and development goals, provide testing estimates, and communicate risks and quality concerns effectively. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automation) and at least 12 years of experience leading a QA or testing team. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology, hands-on experience with test management tools, and familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices. - Preferred skills include API testing tools, performance testing, database testing, scripting languages, and programming languages. In addition to technical qualifications, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality. This is a full-time position based in Visakhapatnam, and candidates with dot net experience are preferred.,
