Testing Lead

As a Testing Lead at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering team and driving the development and integration of Microservices for new age banking solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement APIs to improve customer experience and support business growth. - Design, develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks for Web, API, and Kafka. - Possess hands-on experience in Performance testing. - Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java, Selenium, and Testing. - Develop and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth execution during builds and deployments. - Utilize Git for version control, maintaining proper branching, merging, and repository management. - Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Analyze test results, identify bugs, and collaborate closely with developers for timely resolution. - Mentor junior QA engineers in automation practices, tools, and frameworks. - Continuously enhance the automation framework and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). - Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).,
