Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities (manual + automation) across projects
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and DevOps
Identify, log, track, and drive resolution of defects and issues
Optimize and maintain the automation suite for maximum efficiency and coverage
Review code and test scripts created by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership to the team
Define and implement QA processes, tools, and best practices
Report test progress, metrics, and results to stakeholders
