Purpose of the Position :
Responsible for coordination and execution of seat components, systems and vehicle level test. Responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating test as per the test matrix given LAH with component supplier, EG, QA and other departments. Responsible for preparation of testing time plan and tracking all testing activities. Monitor testing progress and highlight the risk well in advance. Responsible to create, check, release (BMG & K) test reports ensuring VW group Guide lines for corrosion and safety and homologation requirements, Responsible for coordination and execution of test external test agency like ARAI, SGS & suppliers etc. ensuring right set up of fixtures, assembly, parts BIW, Car etc.
To specify, develop, modify, support of sourcing process, ramp-up and tests of above mentioned parts for new future products. Design Review, Release 3D, 2D with sourced supplier and work on other relevant documentations.
