Testing Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Testing Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of quality assurance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing strategies, compliance, risk assessment, and process optimization.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Standard Development and Implementation:Establish and enforce comprehensive quality standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.Generate reports and insights for management to drive informed decision-making.Continuous Improvement Initiatives:Lead quality improvement projects to optimize testing processes and minimize defects.Identify gaps in the current testing landscape and propose enhancements.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, audits, and documentation requirements.Evaluate and enhance testing frameworks to mitigate risks effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams across product development, engineering, and compliance to improve quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.Provide recommendations to align testing frameworks with business objectives.Required Qualifications & Skills10+ years of experience as a Testing Strategist, Transformation Leader, or similar role.10+ years of experience leading teams of project managers and engineers.Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and principles.Expertise in industry regulations, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience conducting quality audits and investigations.
